Line Dancing - Monday

Pilates

Tuesdays 10-11 in the Main Hall & Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm A mind and body fitness class, the health benefits of Pilates include: * improved flexibility. * increased muscle strength and tone * Improves posture * enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs £5 per class or £25 for a 6 week block. Ladies Choir

Tuesdays 19:30 – 20:30 - check the calendar for dates Ladies, if you have always thought about singing but are a bit unsure, come along and give the choir a go – you’ll never know till you try! We are a fun, small group of enthusiastic ladies who meet Tuesdays. All are welcome to join us. It doesn’t matter if you can’t read music you are very welcome. Badminton

Tuesdays 7.30pm-8.30pm Come and join us in a friendly game Badminton. Fun way to improve fitness levels, and make new friends. Lace Making:

19.00 – 21.00 (Meeting Room)

Lace-making is an ancient craft. True lace was not made until the late 15th and early 16th centuries. A true lace is created when a thread is looped, twisted or braided to other threads independently from a backing fabric. Come and have a try and see some llovely examples from some of the ladies and listen to Judy explain and show how you too could make lace. Join Judy Knight for Lace Making. Call 01677 450548

Local History Group

3rd Thursday of the month No previous experience is required, just a keen interest in local history. The group publishes regularly, some finding their latest booklet on the names shown on Hunton Memorial is available through the group. Contact Lorna Morris 01677 450264

Gardening Club

4th Thursday of the month 7.30-9.30pm The Gardening Club welcomes regular speakers and also host an annual open garden day which offers a rare opportunity to explore the secrets of hidden and private gardens of Hunton not usually open to the public. An opportunity to discover the fruit of the members labour of love, to purchase some plants, and get some tips as well as enjoy some refreshments together with wonderful home bakes. Pat Gibson on 01677 450 542 or Margaret Merrall 01677 450 652 will be happy to inform you of the forthcoming programme together with the details of the club.
